Our after-sales service hotline is accessible 24 hours a day. In most cases, our products are delivered in accordance with the contract order. However, if the goods cannot be delivered on time for any reason, we will contact the client and reach a suitable solution. In general, our products have a one-year warranty period after leaving the factory. During the warranty period, if the product is found to have a malfunction caused by a quality issue, we will arrange for repair or free parts or product replacement depending on the condition of the product. Customized products and OEM service are also available.
